Our team manufactured custom bifold door systems for 565 W. Quincy, providing space-efficient, precision-crafted interior door solutions for both the Loft residences and Tower Homes. The 241-unit development includes 54 loft-style apartments and 187 tower residences, offering a range of one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, junior one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans where flexible interior layouts benefit from high-performance bifold doors.

A signature amenity of the property is the 11,000-square-foot Q-Room, a resident recreation and wellness center featuring a private bowling alley, fitness center, putting green, screening room, and multiple social lounges. This project highlights our experience supplying custom bifold doors for large-scale, urban multifamily developments that integrate historic structures with modern residential design.
