Title: Sustainable Building with Closet Doors
Overview: Landquist & Son’s durable closet doors will last without maintenance, making them a perfect fit for urban multifamily developments. (Bifold and pivot) Magiglide closet doors are manufactured from 45-lb density particleboard, paired with hardware patented for the closet system, making them among the most durable bifolds on the market. Our sturdy bifold closets are also custom-sized, allowing architects to configure a high-end minimalist aesthetic, with the added functionality of increased access to closets in tight spaces. Our doors can save a bundle in construction, as they do not require casing from a construction standpoint, like typical pre-hung closet doors. For this reason, our largest customers are multifamily developers using VE in design with urban architects. The presentation will go over ADA requirements for closet doors, mechanical and building codes for the applicable state and green initiatives compliancy with HPD distributions.
