Eight O Five, located at 805 N. LaSalle Street, is a 33-story, 292-unit luxury rental tower in the heart of Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Just steps from the CTA Red Line and a short walk to Michigan Avenue, the building offers residents convenient access to downtown transit, dining, and entertainment.

Our team manufactured custom bifold door systems for Eight O Five, delivering space-saving, high-performance interior door solutions for studio, convertible, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment layouts. The residences feature 9-foot ceilings, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows with city views, wood-look flooring, in-unit laundry, and private balconies and terraces—interiors where precision-crafted bifold doors support efficient space planning and a clean, modern aesthetic.

Developed by Smithfield Development and designed by Berkelhamer Architects in collaboration with Antunovich Associates, Eight O Five exemplifies contemporary high-rise multifamily construction. This project highlights our experience supplying custom bifold doors for luxury apartment towers in dense urban environments, meeting the functional and design demands of River North high-rise living.
