Located in the heart of Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood, 1819 Lofts is a Class A, mixed-use luxury apartment building at the southeast corner of Honore Street and Division Street. The 36-unit residential development at 1819 W. Division Street delivers modern urban living along one of the city’s most active retail corridors.

Our team manufactured custom bifold door systems for this boutique multifamily project, providing space-saving, high-quality interior door solutions designed to complement contemporary apartment layouts. The upper three floors feature a mix of studio, one-bedroom, convertible, and two-bedroom residences, many with open floor plans where precision-crafted bifold doors enhance functionality and design flexibility.

Designed by Berkelhamer Architects, the 43,690-square-foot steel-and-glass building includes approximately 8,650 square feet of ground-floor retail space, rooftop terrace amenities with fire pit and skyline views, and on-site parking. Originally developed as for-sale condominiums and later repositioned as luxury rental apartments, the property reflects the strong demand for high-end multifamily housing in this established infill neighborhood.
