This 488,000-square-foot, 24-story commercial building was transformed into 565 luxury rental apartments through a large-scale office-to-residential conversion. The project includes a new 31,500-square-foot, four-story glass façade addition, a 30' x 40' interior courtyard designed to bring natural light and fresh air into the residences, and a complete re-skinning of the exterior using advanced building materials and modern construction technologies.

Our team manufactured custom bifold door systems for this adaptive-reuse development, delivering space-saving, high-performance interior door solutions tailored to high-density luxury living. The residences feature expansive views of the East River and the Brooklyn Bridge, supported by interior layouts that benefit from flexible, precision-engineered bifold doors.

Residents enjoy an extensive amenity package, including a fitness center, yoga room, indoor rooftop lounge, outdoor roof deck, and a state-of-the-art swimming pool.
