This six-story, 144,000-square-foot multifamily apartment building was designed with a strong focus on sustainability, efficiency, and long-term performance. The 120-unit community utilizes prefabricated wall panel construction and belled caisson foundations to support a durable structure and streamlined installation—an approach well-suited for high-quality multifamily development.

Our team manufactured custom bifold door systems for this LEED® Silver–certified apartment project, delivering space-saving interior door solutions engineered for modern unit layouts. Advanced design-build systems for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection ensure reliable, energy-efficient building operations, while a rooftop solar panel system helps reduce the overall carbon footprint.
